Exclusive clip from Disneynature’s African Cats

Exclusive clip from Disneynature’s African Cats

Disneynature documentary African Cats hits cinemas this week, and to get you in the mood we’ve got an exclusive clip for your perusal.

The film tells the story of a bunch of big cats in the African Savannah, and features lions and leopards galore. It’s directed by Keith Scholey (Big Cat Diary) and Alastair Fothergill (Earth, Deep Blue), and on camera duties they have veterans of National Geographic and BBC shows.

And to top it all off, it’s narrated by Patrick Stewart’s majestic tones. What more could you want?

We’d love to make some deep, scientifically exacting comment about the following clip, but we’re frankly just resisting the urge to squeal with delight at the cute kitties!

Check out the exclusive clip of Sita the leopard and her cubs, below:

And in case you hadn’t heard, the film was treated to a Royal Premiere on Tuesday night, with their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in attendance.

Check out a couple of photos from the premiere below:

African Cats opens in UK cinemas on 27 April 2012. Yep, that’s tomorrow.
