Best Friends' abrupt film placed in the Top 15 Finalists of the 2012 48 Go Green International Film Competition, Group A. The film competed with 41 other short films in the group. Filmmakers and film fans voted, pushing -The Other Half- into the Top 15 Finalists between nations short film competition.
